With 19 years management experience and 17 years in recruitment, I believe maintaining key relationships between our clients as well as employees is of the utmost importance. As Client Account Manager, it is my duty to ensure that all of our clients’ needs are met and continue to maintain HLR’s existing relationships and any new business. I interact and coordinate with all key members of HLR on a daily basis and work closely alongside our Director to ensure the smooth running of the company. I serve to understand our client’s needs, plan how to meet these needs, and generate sales for the company as a result. Working at HLR as Account Manager is an extremely rewarding position.
